About us
History
Pfeifer Heavy Machinery has a long tradition in purchasing and selling different
kinds of construction machinery. Over the past 20 years the company has developed
into an ambitious, internationally oriented company. By responding appropriately
to several market developments it became possible to offer a growing range of machines
at a good price-quality ratio.
In the early 2000 it was decided to intensify the use of the digital network and
gradually increase our yard from 6.000 to 12.000 m2. The storage magazine, especially
used for aerial platforms, expanded to a capacity of 4.000 m2. These developments
were stimulated by the merger between Pfeifer Heavy Machinery Ltd and K-Imex Ltd.
Finally, it became easier to combine knowledge and create synergies resulting in
an efficient way of working. In the last years this led to a professional organization
in which all employees are highly committed to particularly achieve a high degree
of customer satisfaction and fulfill all our business objectives.
The business process
As a company, we believe that it is important to inform the customer before, during
and after the purchase of a particular machine. Below, this process is shown as
a stepwise description.
Step 1 Arrival of the machine:
When a machine arrives and all formal work is finished, the machine undergoes an
intensive inspection by one of our professional mechanics.
Step 2 Preparing for sale:After
the technical inspection and cleaning of the machine, one of our employees makes
photographs and movie illustrations of the machine that subsequently are posted
on the website. We also offer the opportunity to apply for a weekly newsletter.
If you are interested, please log in here.
Step 3 Buying: : If someone buys
one of our machines, our team could help to arrange the transport, shipment and
the required documents. Depending on the customer' wish, it is also possible to
arrange an external inspection.
Step 4 Loyalty: One of our key
values is loyalty. After a purchase, customers can always contact us for questions
or other machine offers. Good experiences provide opportunities for the future and
with the customer' approval we can continue to stay in touch by sending our weekly
newsletter.
Vision
Worldwide, we strive for creating a customer oriented link between the demand and
supply of machines we try to maintain sustainable relationships with our buyers
and suppliers.
